The entity responsible for processing your personal data is Live Corporation S.A.C., RUC No. 20600629256, with registered address at Jr. Carlos Augusto Salaverry 131, Apt. 301, Miraflores District, Lima Province and Department (hereinafter “Colourful Peru”).

How do we use your data and what data do we collect? Colourful Peru informs you that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes, which are independent and not conditional on one another:

a. Passengers:

• To fulfill the purpose of providing the contracted tourism services and products.
• To contact the client (travel agencies, companies, and individuals) during the provision of the contracted services and products.
• To facilitate coordination with suppliers, travel agencies, cruise lines, and hotels.
• To send clients information related to the nature of the service and/or mandatory provisions to be known and followed during the service, such as contract terms, tax compliance, and/or other conditions, including internal company policies.
• To respond to inquiries, questions, and requests.
• To support the Non-Domiciled Value Added Tax settlements before the Tax Authorities, using Passport and Andean Migration Card (TAM) information, among others.
• For digital advertising of promotions.
• To analyze and identify travel agencies’ expectations and preferences when purchasing tickets and services.

b. Tour Operators and Suppliers:

• To manage the payment of requested services and products.
• To make contact regarding the provision of contracted services and products.

Any personal data processing we carry out complies with the current legislation in Peru, and your data may only be used for the limited purposes set forth in this policy.

You authorize us to retain your personal data as long as they are useful for the aforementioned purposes and uses, and until you request their cancellation.

Am I required to provide my personal data? Providing your personal data may be necessary to enter into or execute a contract, including the provision of certain services and features offered on our website, such as registering as a client, subscribing to our newsletter(s), and handling requests and claims. In such cases, refusal to provide your personal data would make it impossible for us to execute the contract or provide the requested services, products, or information.

Providing your personal data for marketing purposes is optional; refusing to do so will not affect the execution of the tourism service contract or others that you sign with us. When required by data protection regulations, we will obtain your prior consent before processing your personal data for these purposes.

Who do we share your information with?

• Your personal data will be accessible within our organization to staff who need access to it due to their duties related to the processing purposes stated here. We ensure that these individuals have proper security and confidentiality obligations.
• Your personal data may also be shared with providers such as hotels, airlines, or other companies to make reservations and operate the contracted services.
• To support Non-Domiciled VAT settlements before the Tax Authorities, using Passport and TAM information, among others.
• For sending digital advertisements or newsletters, with the client’s prior consent.

Apart from what is stated above, personal data will not be shared with third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, not involved in a business, professional, or technical function or who do not perform such functions for Colourful Peru.

What are your rights as the data subject? If you believe your rights have not been upheld, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection by visiting the reception desk of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Calle Scipión Llona 350, Miraflores, Lima, Peru).

Are your personal data secure? Colourful Peru is committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your personal data. To prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data or confidential information you provide, we have implemented the legally required data protection security levels and have installed all technical measures and tools within our reach.

Unless legally required, the information you provide will not be disclosed to third parties, will be kept strictly confidential, and will be handled in accordance with this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy.
