Colourful Peru

16 July, 2021

Have you heard of the Inca Trail? The Inca Trails are networks of trails that connect the entire ancient Peru. They were used by the Incas to communicate, transport animals, food and to send messages between the coast and the mountains throughout the empire.

Currently, the path that is most traveled by tourists is the one that takes us to the citadel of Machu Picchu. There are 4 types of expeditions: 2-day, 4-day, 5-day, and 7-day hiking.

After more than a year closed due to the pandemic, the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu reopens to visitors.
